My life, like yours, is a constant balancing act of being a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, provider, and nurturer. As you know, wearing many hats comes with countless responsibilities, shifting priorities, and the inevitable stress of doing “all the things”.
My journey to shift from an often thankless day job convincing families to buy more life insurance to becoming a certified wellness coach is no small accident.
The road to a healthier lifestyle is often a confusing one, paved with lots of misinformation and marketing. It’s so easy to get caught up in the latest fad diet or fitness craze.
The truth is – diets don’t work.
What does work is adopting a healthy lifestyle while knowing there will be plenty of hiccups along the way.
